Our national real estate blog, RealEstateUndressed has garnered a following of consumer and professional readers as it focuses on educating consumers.
One of the ways we do that is by naming the magnificent 7 each month and then selecting the 7 top articles for the year,written by realtors and blog writers everywhere. Even though it requires reading thousands of blog articles a year it is somthing we enjoy doing.
Our second year finalists are announced.
It is interesting that 4 of the final 14 finalists for Magnificent 7 2007 are from Rain City Guide writers: 3 are from Rhonda Porter and one from Ardell DellLoggia.

Larry is in his second year of selecting great real estate and mortgage consumer content. Each month he selects 7 from the thousands of articles he reviews each month and posts the selection on RealEstateUndressed.com. Last year Larry began the process of picking the magnificent 7 consumer articles written by other professionals. He posts them on RealestateUndressed.com As Larry reads thousands of real estate blogs each month he comes up with great articles. In 2007 he began selecting 7 nominees each month. We will share some of them with you from time to time.
