I began as a loan officer for a large Bank out of Milwaukee. That was 20 years ago. Since that time I have worked for another bank and 2 mortgage companies. On the advice of my wife and partner Kathleen we formed Homes And Loans, our first mortgage company. We built it to over $300,000,000 in volume some months. It was a busy time. Since then we have settled back to a company with only four loan officers and me.
