Big Tree Goes Down at the Market

Posted by Kathleen Cragun

I stopped by the last day at the Farmer’s Market. I was sad to see my favorite tree went down. It was a huge majestic tree, it looked like wind was the culprit but I couldn’t find anybody who knew. A lot of damage was done to the Community Garden that I had featured in the www.IssaquahHighlandsUndressed.com blog in a post ‘Last Days of Summer in Issaquah?’

What I wanted to see at the market was the Christmas Craft booths in the barn.

My favorite was Morgyn’s Marvels, I purchased one of her creations for my grandaughter Savannah who just turned 8.

It seems like there were hundreds of booths, with a plethora of unique crafts. There will be more shows to come. It is the season!

www.BabyOfMinePhotography.com  Ruth Streck had an impressive display but my photographs of her photographs would have been insulting to her. Check out her website.
