Don’t let anyone kid you, know one knows for how long or if it is the bottom. Expect one thing, clog. Clog? You tell me what bank hasn’t layed of the majority. No one is prepared for a surge.

    Larry, you should tell this fellow who commented on my blog suggesting 45 day closings for refi’s reminding people of smaller staffs & tougher lending standards (and that refis should take the back seat to a purchase closing)… I got scolded from this fella saying that all conventional loans should be closed in…10 days.

    Ah…I shouldn’t “should” you… :) I just had to get that off my chest with another professional who would understand.
