Economic Vitality Open House – TONIGHT
Tonight Wednesday, Sept 27, 2006 5:00pm to 8:00pm at Pickering Barn, 1730 10th Avenue, Issaquah, WA -
Hello Issaquah Resident, Please consider attending this meeting as an opportunity to let the Economic Vitality Taskforce know what matters to those of us who live in Issaquah. How important to you are transportation choices that include walking, taking public transportation and biking? Do you want more big box stores or a mix that includes local and independant stores? What type of new businesses should the city try to attract? What can be done to bring in more family-wage jobs? Are our schools adequate to prepare the next generation of leaders and citizens? What else should we do to protect the natural environment? Do you want an economy more dependant on tourism? What else can our community offer that would make you want to spend more time in Issaquah?
Help shape a sustainable future for your community. We only need a few minutes of your time for you to attend this meeting and let us know if we are on the right track.
Chantal Stevens, Vice-chair
Economic Vitality Taskforce
